Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you book trips? Do you have a specialty?

EVERYWHERE!!! From African Safaris to Ireland and Asia, Mexico and Alaska, cruises all around the world and theme parks- I can book it! I specialize in travel for families with special needs but everyone is welcome to book with me.

So you specialize in families with special needs, what does that mean?

We are a well traveled multi-generational family that is neurodiverse, has mobility limitations and food allergies. I am well versed in how to find restaurants, resorts and cruise lines that cater to many needs. So if you think you cant travel, give me a ring and I bet we can figure out a solution. I pride myself on being an out of the box thinker and problem solver and I love to see my travel clients happy!

Why should I use a Travel Agent instead of doing it myself?

With the ever changing COVID regulations, cancelations, rebookings and closings you need a professional on your side to keep up with the details. I have years of experience in the travel field and will create a bespoke trip planned just for you. Before I send you a quote, I have spent several hours finding just the right options for you. I consider all of the “must have” options for your holiday.  I may have already called the resort to ask about specific accommodations or maybe I have been there myself!

If you are choosing a theme park holiday, there is a good chance I’ve been there recently! I can walk you though what your experience would be like and even help with those questions that are common for neurodiverse families or those with food allergies or mobility limitations.

I’ll be there from booking to the day you return home. I can guarantee you that an online booking engine isn’t doing all of that.

Should I buy the travel insurance?

One word, YES!

Why? 2020.        Now, lets never speak of that year again…

Is there an increase in the cost of my travel package if I go though you?

No, the price will be the same no matter who you book with. Keep in mind, that specials and sales come and go and sometimes what you see on the “internets” is not what is actually being offered. If it sounds to good to be true… well, you know the rest.
